First things first, lot's of questions on what to wear to the ceremony.  

 

Short answer: Summer camp semi-formal

If that means nothing to you, you are in good company.  Basically, wear something comfortable, fun, and summery.  Women, that can be sundresses or the like (no onesies please).  Men, button up, tie very optional.  Rumors are there will be at least one searsucker blazer paired with jean shorts...

 

As far as other things to pack, this list is not exhaustive, but should be used as a recommendation for stuff to bring in addition to your typical weekend away wedding packing list:

 

• Activities!  We want you to contribute fun things that you want to do at summer camp.  That can be lawn games (cornhole, bocce, etc.), arts and crafts, model rockets, whatever! 

• Shorts you can get dirty

• Tshirts you can get dirty

• Hat

• Swimsuit

• Raincoat

• Shoes that can be worn in the rain

• Running around shoes

• Dancing shoes

• Sunglasses

• Cool evening clothes (fleeces, light jackets, etc)

• Flip flops

• Beach towels -- can be used for bath or swimming

• Shower caddy

• Bug repellant

• Sunblock

• Flashlight

• water bottle or canteen

• Writing paper, pre-addressed envelopes, and stamps for letter home day

• Small backpack or tote for day-trips

• Musical instruments
